These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases for events promoted and/or delivered by Tributes Live UK Ltd trading as Brunch Fabulous (“Promoter”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Where tickets are purchased via an authorised ticketing partner, including Fever, the ticketing partner’s own Terms & Conditions shall also apply to the transaction. In the event of any conflict relating to payment processing, booking fees, platform use or ticketing procedures, the ticketing partner’s Terms shall take precedence. All event delivery and event-specific terms remain governed by these Terms & Conditions.
1.Refunds & Transfers
1.1 The Promoter operates a 28-day refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@brunchfabulous.uk at least 28 days prior to the scheduled event date.
1.2 Approved refunds will be issued in the form of a credit voucher redeemable against any future event organised by the Promoter, in any city, on any available date.
1.3 Within 28 days of the event date, tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
1.4 If a ticket holder is unable to attend, they may arrange for another person aged 18 or over to attend in their place. The original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring the replacement guest complies with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Event Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure
2.1 Events may be cancelled, postponed or materially altered due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or venue, including but not limited to:
• adverse weather conditions
• acts of God
• government restrictions or public health measures
• fire, flood, structural damage or utility failure
• travel disruption or transport strikes
• performer illness or unavailability
• technical failure
• civil unrest, terrorism or security risks
• national mourning
• pandemic or epidemic
• supplier failure
2.2 In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date or may be transferred to another scheduled date, subject to availability.
2.3 It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check for event updates using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
3. Admission & Venue Policies
3.1 Tickets are issued subject to the rules, regulations and licensing requirements of the venue.
3.2 The venue reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, intoxicated or in breach of licensing laws or venue policy.
3.3 Security searches may be conducted as a condition of entry.
3.4 This is a strictly 18+ event. Valid photographic identification may be required as a condition of entry.
3.5 Late admission cannot be guaranteed. Bottomless service commences at the advertised start time and will not be extended for late arrivals.
3.6 The venue may operate a No Smoking or No Vaping policy.
4. Seating & Group Allocations
4.1 Smaller groups may be seated on shared tables.
4.2 Seating allocations and table arrangements are at the discretion of the venue and Promoter.
5. Programme & Content Changes
5.1 The Promoter and venue reserve the right to vary the advertised programme, performers, schedule or format where reasonably necessary.
5.2 Such changes shall not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or compensation.
6. Resale & Commercial Use
6.1 Tickets may not be resold for profit or commercial gain without the prior written consent of the Promoter.
6.2 Any breach of this condition may result in the ticket being void and entry refused without refund.
7. Liability
7.1 Attendance at the event is at the ticket holder’s own risk.
7.2 The Promoter, venue and associated parties shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.
7.4 The Promoter and venue accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
8. Alcohol & Responsible Drinking
8.1 Bottomless alcohol service is subject to licensing laws and venue policy.
8.2 Service may be refused or limited to any guest who appears intoxicated or in breach of venue rules.
8.3 The Promoter supports responsible drinking at all times.
9. Booking Accuracy
9.1 It is the responsibility of the customer to check all booking details upon receipt of confirmation.
9.2 Tickets are non-transferable except as expressly permitted under clause 1.4.
10. Allergens & Food Service
10.1 The Promoter works in partnership with venues to deliver food and beverage services.
10.2 Whilst all reasonable precautions are taken, food is prepared in shared kitchen environments and the venue cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens or cross-contamination.
10.3 Guests with severe allergies must notify the Promoter in advance via email at hello@brunchfabulous.uk and take appropriate precautions.
10.4 Any food or service concerns must be raised with the venue manager on the day of the event. The Promoter will not be responsible for food or drink issues raised after the event has concluded.
11. Data Protection
11.1 Personal data provided at the time of booking will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
12. Amendments
12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of purchase shall apply to that booking.

Introduction
This Privacy Policy outlines Tributes Live UK Limited & the Brunch Fabulous Brand (" we ", " our " or " the Company ") practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at www.tributesluve.uk & www.brunchfabulous.uk (" Site ") or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: " Users ").
Grounds for data collection
Processing of your personal information (i.e. any information which may potentially allow your identification through reasonable means; hereinafter " Personal Information ") is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our services, to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.
When you use the Site, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and other uses of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
We encourage our Users to carefully read the Privacy Policy and use it to make informed decisions.
What information do we collect?
We collect two types of data and information from Users.
The first type of information is un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a User(s), which may be made available or gathered via your use of the Site (“ Non-personal Information ”). We are not aware of the identity of a User from which the Non-personal Information was collected. Non-personal Information which is being collected may include your aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device, including certain software and hardware information (e.g. the type of browser and operating system your device uses, language preference, access time, etc.) in order to enhance the functionality of our Site. The second type of information Personal Information which is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may, with reasonable effort, identify an individual. Such information includes:
- Device Information: We collect Personal Information from your device. Such information includes geolocation data, IP address, unique identifiers (e.g. MAC address and UUID) and other information which relates to your activity through the Site
- Registration information: When you register with our Site you will be asked to provide us with certain details such as: full name; email or physical address, and other information.
How do we receive information about you?
We receive your Personal Information from various sources:
- When you voluntarily provide us with your personal details in order to register on our Site;
- When you use or access our Site in connection with your use of our services;
- From third-party providers, services and public registers (for example, traffic analytics vendors).
What information do we collect?
We do not rent, sell or share Users’ information with third parties, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable opportunity. Under applicable regulations, we will keep records containing client personal data, account opening documents, communications and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations.
We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.

We and our trusted partners use cookies and other technologies in our related services, including when you visit our Site or access our services.

How do we safeguard your information?
We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of the Site and your information. We employ industry standard procedures and policies to ensure the safety of the information we collect and retain, and prevent unauthorised use of any such information, and we require any third party to comply with similar security requirements, in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may use your Personal Information such as your name, email address, telephone number, etc., ourselves or by using our third-party subcontractors, for the purpose of providing you with promotional materials concerning our services which we believe may interest you.
To respect your right to privacy, within such marketing materials we provide you with the means to opt out of receiving further marketing offers from us. If you unsubscribe, we will remove your email address or telephone number from our marketing distribution lists.

Corporate transaction

We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site is not designed for or directed at children. We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Privacy policy. The last revision will be reflected in the "Last modified" section. Your continued use of the Platform, following the notification of such amendments on our website, constitutes your acknowledgment and consent of such amendments to the Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.
